Life Story for Tara Linden Pain-Rowlands

Tara Linden Pain Rowlands born March 22 1957 died peacefully surrounded by her family on January 26th 2018. Tara was a devoted mother to Christopher and Taylor and a loving wife to her husband David. She grew up in the Toronto area and became a respected Art Director and Graphic Designer. In 1999 she and her family relocated to Collingwood where she became an accomplished equestrian and ln the last six months of her life an accomplished painter. In 2015 Tara was diagnosed with ovarian cancer and fought this terrible disease with the grace and dignity she bought to everything she did in life. A very special thank you to Dr Mark Quigg her family physician, Dr StephanieL’Heureux her Oncologist and to Taylor Cline her Trial Nurse and the rest of the Doctors and nurses and Staff in the gynecological Department at Princess Margaret Hospital in Toronto. A special thank you to Dr Kate McLachlin her palliative care Doctor and a very special thanks to Kim her home care nurse. Memorial visiting will be held at Fawcett Funeral Home- Collinwood Chapel 82 Pine St, Collingwood Ontario L9Y 2N7 from 2 to 4 pm on Wednesday January 31, 2018. In lieu of flowers donations should be made to the Princess Margaret Cancer Foundartion.
