Carolyn Lois Baird – November 1, 1957 – May 25, 2018. Carolyn Lois Baird passed away suddenly on Friday, May 25, 2018 at her farm in Ravenna, Ontario. Predeceased by her Mother Lois, her Father Jimmy and her Sister Calla; she will be greatly missed by her Aunt, Betty Waldie, her cousins and her many friends.
She was born and raised in Deep River, Ontario. She received her BA from the University of Western Ontario and worked for many years as a Radiology Technologist specializing in CT and Ultrasound until she was able to follow her dream of owning a horse farm, first in Woodville, Ontario (Lindsay) and then in Ravenna Ontario (Blue Mountain). She was respected as a rider, trainer and breeder of thoroughbred horses.
She was intelligent, generous and loyal. She made every day special with her energy and her joy in living. Where there was laughter, adventure and good times she was there. We will miss her indomitable spirit, her tenacity, her determination and her love.To her many friends and family, she is irreplaceable.
