Currie, Lucille ‘Lucy’ (nee Potter) passed away peacefully at home on Monday June 25, 2018 at the age of 71 years. Lucy, much loved wife of Bob Currie will be deeply missed by Bob’s children Tammy Lynn, Robert, Jennifer, Jason and Jill. She will be remembered as a loving sister of Donna (Charley) Hurrell and special aunt to Raymond (Marianne) Hurrell, Nathan (Becky) Hurrell, Jennifer Matecki and Julie Duff and great aunt to Maddison, Mackenzie, Brett and Reggie. Lucy was born in Niagara Falls to the late Harold and the late Norma Potter and is predeceased by her sister Marilyn Brideau. As a nurse, Lucy was always helping others, she loved animals and she loved her family, she will be forever cherished and remembered by all who knew her. As per her wishes cremation has taken place.
