Hanning, John ‘Jack’ passed away peacefully on Tuesday July 17, 2018 at Markdale Hospital in his 83rd year. Jack, beloved husband of the late Verna; father of Robert (Mary Jane) Hanning and Victoria Hanning (Phil Irwin) will be forever cherished by his grandchildren Hailey (Chris), Becky (Matt), Ami (Dustin), Albert, Robert (Monica) and great grandchildren Landon, Carson, Kendal, Aidan and Aliya. Jack is survived by his brother Bill (the late Verna) Hanning, sister Gladys (the late Nev) Kennedy and sister in law Lynn Hanning; predeceased by brother Ivan. Visitation will be held at Fawcett Funeral Home – Creemore Chapel on Friday July 20, 2018 from 6-8 p.m. Memorial service will take place in the chapel at 1 p.m. on Saturday July 21, 2018. In lieu of flowers donations to the Heart & Stroke Foundation or Creemore Union Cemetery would be appreciated.
