Janusz “John” Urban passed away on Thursday, October 7, 2010 at the Collingwood General & Marine Hospital in his 58th year. Beloved husband of Barbara. John will be sadly missed by his brother inlaw Kazimierz Czarnecki and his wife Jola and his nephew Maciek. Forever remembered by his aunt and uncle and cousins in Toronto. Friends will be received at Fawcett Funeral Home, 82 Pine Street, Collingwood on Monday, October 11, 2010 from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m.
