Memory of Terry
I first met Terry, so my mother told me, in the spring of 1941 as his mother Yvonne (and maybe with Frank Daddy, as Terry referred to his father) and mine pushed each of us along Frank Street, Ottawa in our prams.
Terry was a year older than I, so I followed him through St. Theresa's lower school, then at St. Patrick's College, and on to Ottawa University. Thus the Class picture excludes me.
We went our separate ways but later would cross paths on Lake Ontario or on shore while enjoying our sail boats.
During all this time, I never know Terry to be angry, say an unkind word, or not to have a ready smile. He was a true gentle man.
My deepest sympathies go out to Joan, Jen, Hugh and family on your loss.
